Post Construction Cleaning
Post construction cleaning includes but is not limited to the following:
- Cleaning of ALL cabinets, closets and drawers inside and out
- Cleaning all counter tops, and sinks
- Polish ALL chrome fixtures
- Cleaning bathtubs, shower stalls, toilets, and glass shower door and track
- ALL Bathroom vanity mirrors and glass surfaces cleaned and polished
- ALL lighting fixtures and ceiling fans cleaned
- Remove plastic and clean ALL Appliances
- Remove ALL labels from windows
- Clean fireplace and mantel
- Clean ALL wood, tile floors
- Vacuum ALL carpets
- Sweep, stairs, hallways, landings, walks, decks, patios, and garage floors
- Trash will be removed to designated area or dumpster
- ALL windows, interior and exterior washed
