Can you provide “Proof of Insurability”?

Yes, we sure can. Contact our office and we will contact our Insurance Agent. Our Insurance Agent will mail out the documentation. Simple as that! We are Bonded, Professionally Insured, and we have employee accident coverage.




Do I need to be home and stay home while the cleaning crew cleans?

That is entirely up to you. We do not require any supervision; each of our members is highly qualified and trained to perform the work. Home Care Property Management Services, Inc will dust and vacuum; clean each of the rooms, kitchen and the bathrooms. Specific tasks, which may require additional time, need to be discussed during the initial time of the booking, so that the appropriate amount of time is scheduled for each of these jobs. If you are not able to be there, you need to make arrangements at the time of the initial booking with how we will get in. We are licensed watch guard patrol agents, with the MA State Police #W-807 and hold keys for many properties; therefore, you can trust us with keys to your property.


Will I have the same cleaning people all of the time?

Absolutely, it is the team leader’s responsibility to learn the ins and outs of each one of their jobs. However, we need to point out that on occasion due to an illness, we may have to send another trained and qualified individual to step in and fill in for a day or two. Home Care Property Management Services, Inc. has learned that in order to be the Best, we must deliver the Best, without compromising our most important asset, our customer.


Do I need to supply you with cleaning supplies?

No, Home Care Property Management Services, Inc. supplies all of the products necessary, including the vacuum cleaner. We have been using environmentally friendly products including micro fiber cleaning cloths since day one. We would never use anything in your home on your surfaces that we would not trust in our own homes. Our products are pet and user friendly. Products used are safe, environmentally friendly green products.

How do I pay for services rendered?

Home Care Property Management Services, Inc. will invoice you at the time service is scheduled. Payment is due at the time of service. If you choose, you may pay by cash, personal check, or any major credit or debit card. Payments on regularly scheduled visits can be left with the cleaning crew in a sealed envelope, or paid on line the day service is rendered. If a job has been completed in less time than originally quoted, a credit for the difference will be applied to your next scheduled visit, if not used within 30 days we will refund the difference by submitting a refund check.

Home Care Property Management Services, Inc. offers 100% guarantee. Are you dissatisfied with something that we have done? Call us up within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning and we will send someone out to rectify the problem, free of charge.



Are employees cleaning legal US citizens?

Home Care Property Management Services, Inc. complies with (IRCA) Immigration Reform and Control Act. Before an individual is hired, an employee verification must be done. ALL Individuals must be authorized to work in this country. Employees are required to fill out an I-9 Form, and submit additional documentation before beginning any work.
